Panic attack. 

Well yet again I woke up terrified, panicking. Panic attacks are horrible. Thankfully this time I didn’t smack Nate! Sometimes if I try to sleep while having one I’ll jump up fast and slap him, or the pillow, on reflex. There are some breathing exercises that I do but they don’t help if I’m trying to go back to sleep. I usually have to take a pill and stay up for awhile [praying always helps]. I had one so severely least year that I thought I was having a heart attack and called 911. Normally I wouldn’t do that but I was alone with the baby. Meh. Going to try to go back to sleep now.
